Manager, Finance and Advisory

Position Responsibilities:Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP;Assist with the coordination of the annual audit and work directly with external auditors;Review and check accuracy and completeness of information provided by internal operations and reporting teams;Assist in the preparation of the Board reporting package on a quarterly basis and supporting financial analysis as required;Strong focus on collaboration and relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;Use appropriate judgment in dealing with issues and requests, demonstrating an ability to effectively prioritize work and determine solutions;Propose and/or implement procedural changes to improve performance of the team;Provide valuable financial analysis and review results for reasonability;Assist with ad-hoc projects and new initiatives within the department.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, and/or finance; professional accounting or finance designation strongly preferred (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent);3-5 years of experience reporting and experience analyzing financial statements;Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures under IFRS and/or US GAAP;Excellent ability to communicate both written and verbally;Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS office tools (e.g., Word and PowerPoint to develop reports, documents and presentations);Strong attention to detail and aptitude to learn;Collaborative and able to motivate different business units and supporting functions;Well-organized and initiative to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment;Flexibility to work extra hours as needed while working under tight deadlines.When you join our team:We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we'll support you in shaping the future you want to see.Salary: $92,475 - $160,290 USD (Massachusetts).
