Key Responsibilities Become an expert on the company's platform and integrations, staying updated on the latest builds Provide technical support to Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams across multiple time zones Create customized product demos and proofs-of-concept, presenting solutions to various audiences Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or consulting Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems and protocols Strong integrations background across diverse commerce architectures Experience with front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
