Design Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team! This individual will be a self-driven motivator who takes initiative on design projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management expertise and a deep understanding of the visual design industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution of all aspects of branded environment renovations and new builds, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, demonstrating a strong ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
Coordinate with outside agencies and services, including fabricators and installers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project deliverables
Develop comprehensive directives to effectively communicate all project initiatives, requirements, and specifications to vendors and installers
Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of project components, including procurement, transportation, and delivery, to ensure timely and efficient project
Lead and supervise the final installation of the project, ensuring that all elements are installed correctly and to the client's satisfaction
Participate in development meetings with the internal sales team to discuss objectives and timelines, expectations for upcoming projects
Create, organize, and maintain a comprehensive company file library, ensuring that all project documentation and assets are easily accessible and well-organized
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business Management, Art, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience with a successful track record of managing design projects from initiation to completion
Proven ability to multitask and manage details while remaining calm under pressure
Organized and efficient, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, receptive to feedback
Creative, solution-oriented, open minded approach to tasks and challenges
Ability to work and be flexible in an extremely fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
