Senior IT SAP Consultant
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Senior IT SAP Consultant for their Charlotte, NC/ Corning, NY/Remote location.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partnersParticipate in and lead project design sessions to develop end-to-end solutions for complex business problems.Challenge status-quo and think outside the box to devise innovative solutionsProvide architectural guidance across project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)Translate business requirements into end-to-end SAP solution designsDefine and maintain ERP solution roadmaps and architecture standardsSupport ERP transformation and large-scale SAP implementation programsDrive standardization, reusable patterns, and best practicesTroubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problemsHandle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issuesRequirements:Bachelor's degree, preferredAssociate's degree with significant relevant experience (minimum required)10+ years of SAP / ERP experience, including large-scale S/4HANA implementations (at least 3 end-to-end implementations)**Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO / RTR and core finance processesSolid understanding of S/4HANA architecture and FI/CO integrationExperience with SAP integrations across modules and external systemsProven ability in solution design, blueprinting, and architecture governanceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting manufacturing industryStrategic and analytical mindsetAbility to influence across business and IT teamsSelf-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex environmentsSAP certifications (FICO / S/4HANA)Experience in ECC to S/4HANA transformation programsExposure to SAP BTP, Analytics, or cloud-based solutionsExperience using AI resources to assist in solution designSap Required Skills — Fico: Financial Accounting & ControllingProduct Costing & Material Ledger: standard costing, actual costing, multi-level cost rollup, and variance analysisInvestment Management (IM): CapEx planning, budgeting, AR, integration with CO and FI-AASAP S/4HANA Finance architecture with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and real-time FI/CO integrationFI core processes: AP, AR, Business Partner, payments (APP), credit management, dunning, and cash applicationS/4HANA Asset Accounting including AuC, capitalization, depreciation, and asset lifecycle managementControlling (CO): Cost Center, Profit Center (real-time PCA), Internal Orders, allocations, WIP, and settlementsPeriod-end close & compliance: parallel ledgers, document splitting, financial reporting, tax integrationCross-module integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and external systemsWhy Should You Apply?Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
