Other Miscellaneous RetailersDrugs and Druggists' Sundries Merchant WholesalersOffice Administrative ServicesPoultry and Egg ProductionAquacultureJob Title: Production Operations CoordinatorSalary Range: 60- 80KPosition Type: Full-Time / OnsiteJob Department: KitchenESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end production operations across multiple national retail accounts, partnering closely with sourcing, production, logistics, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution from development through final delivery.Coordinate daily production operations across sourcing, production, logistics, quality assurance, and retailer complianceManage purchase orders, WIP reports, shipment tracking, production timelines, and delivery schedulesCommunicate directly with overseas factories, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and issue resolutionMonitor replenishment programs, shipment planning, and inventory flow to support retailer demand and business timelinesMaintain detailed Excel trackers, production calendars, payment schedules, and operational reportingCoordinate product testing, inspections, bookings, and compliance requirements with third-party partnersSupport cross-functional teams including import, compliance, sales, sourcing, accounting, and product developmentTroubleshoot operational challenges related to production delays, shipping issues, vendor performance, and customer service mattersMaintain accurate purchase order management, style setup, and system data integrityIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through shipment consolidations, container optimization, production planning, and process improvementsPerform related duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong project management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong vendor management and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and global teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiencyKnowledge of production timelines, logistics coordination, quality assurance, and inventory management processesExperience working with retail production workflows, retailer compliance requirements, and overseas manufacturing preferredExperience supporting national retail accounts, including off-price and mass-market retailers preferredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred. 2–6+ years of experience in production coordination, product operations, merchandising, supply chain, or related operational roles within consumer products, wholesale, or retail industries preferred.
