The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction plumbing, and related mechanical skills. This role involves working on residential projects and some light commercial, ensuring high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and the use of various hand tools and power tools. A strong background in construction site experience, plumbing, wells, HVAC, and remodeling is highly desirable. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings Perform installation of plumbing systems on new construction as well as remodels Perform service calls and warranty work, including diagnostics, repairs, and minor installations. Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide efficient, lasting repairs. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining findings and recommending solutions. Ensure all work meets plumbing code and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately Complete required documentation, including service reports and warranty claims. Collaborate with dispatch and management for scheduling and job updates. Follow all company policies regarding conduct, safety, and vehicle use. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job site and company vehicle. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
