Their AI-powered platform takes engineers from requirements and architecture to circuit design in minutes, replacing processes that can traditionally take weeks or months.Following significant investment and US expansion, they’re looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to become one of the first members of their North American team.This isn’t a traditional hands-on design role. You’ll use your electronics expertise to work directly with senior engineering teams at leading technology companies, helping them apply a completely new approach to hardware design.What You'll Be DoingWork with senior hardware and electronics engineers at leading US organisations.Translate complex requirements into effective circuit design solutions.Advise on circuit architecture, component selection and engineering trade-offs.Apply the AI platform to real-world design and prototyping projects.Feed customer requirements and technical insight back into product and engineering.Travel to customer sites across the US when required.What Will Make You Stand OutSenior, Staff or Principal-level experience in electronics / circuit design.Strong knowledge of circuit architecture and electronic design principles.Experience designing complex electronic products or systems.Comfortable working with senior engineering stakeholders and customers.Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.Experience with ECAD / EDA tools and modern electronics workflows.What's in it for you?$200K base + bonusOne of the first technical hires in the USRemote / hybrid flexibility with a planned San Francisco officeWork with some of the world's leading technology companiesSignificant influence over the product's US adoption and growthCombine deep electronics expertise with cutting-edge AIA rare opportunity to join early, shape the US operation and help redefine how electronic hardware is designed.
