Your Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Maintain project timelines, key milestones, and overall delivery strategies.
Facilitate seamless collaboration across various engineering departments.
Improve program visibility by tracking metrics and providing status reports.
Help mitigate project risks to ensure successful program outcomes.
Engineering Development & Testing
Engage in the design and certification of electro-mechanical actuation hardware.
Validate product performance through assembly, integration, and testing.
Create and manage:
Test protocols
Testing procedures
Technical summaries
Engineering records
Evaluate testing data to suggest design enhancements.
Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Investigate technical hurdles and assist in deploying corrective measures.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis on manufacturing or testing anomalies.
Partner with engineering staff to overcome intricate technical obstacles.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Deliver updates on project status and technical insights.
Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
Related Engineering Field
3+ years of professional engineering experience.
Experience supporting:
Product design cycles
Testing phases
Qualification initiatives
Verification and validation processes
Background in mechanical or electronic design.
Proficiency in root cause and corrective action strategies.
Familiarity with:
Microsoft Project
Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Project management workflows
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Additional Qualifications
Experience within the aerospace sector.
Background in the defense industry.
Knowledge of electromechanical systems.
Experience in manufacturing engineering.
Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
