Python Developer

Overview As a Senior Software Engineer on the Enterprise AI team, you will design, build, and operate the platform and backend that power Client at scale. You own core infrastructure—from Kubernetes to APIs and developer tooling—collaborating with product, AI, and security teams. You will write production code, influence architecture, and mentor peers to improve delivery and quality. This role blends distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows to enable engineering teams to work faster and more intelligently. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives from design to deployment and post-launch successManage Kubernetes at depth including clusters, networking, operators, container lifecycle, and multi-tenant orchestrationDesign, develop, and optimize distributed services and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP for scale, reliability, and performanceImprove engineering quality through code standards, design reviews, automation, and CI/CD best practicesCollaborate with Product, AI, and Security teams to align architecture with business objectivesMentor engineers on architecture decisions and deliveryPartner with leadership to align engineering strategy with product objectives and technical roadmap Key requirements6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and infrastructure focusProficiency in Python and/or Go with production-grade codeDeep hands-on Kubernetes experience (clusters, networking, operators, lifecycle)Experience designing and operating production distributed systemsCloud-native experience on AWS and/or GCP (compute, storage, IAM, networking, managed services)Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with applied AI tooling and patterns and integrating backend services with themStrong system design and architectural judgmentClear communication and cross-team collaboration skillsClear communicatorCollaborative mindsetMentoring and leadershipPythonGoKubernetes
