Our client provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals. The position:Full-time rheumatologist opportunity in Medford, MassachusettsPractice of 3 physicians who play an integral role in a larger collaborative MSK group32 hours of clinical patient hours per week plus 8 hours of asynchronous clinical admin timeMinimal volume during nights and weekendsExcellent work-life balanceProvide exceptional outpatient care to our adult populationEPIC electronic medical recordTeach medical students and residents. Our client is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS). Position carries a HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilitiesFormal and informal teaching of Tufts University Family Medicine residentsPLSF Eligible Employer Qualifications:Successful completion of an accredited residency programBoard certification in Rheumatology (BE for new graduates)Excellent clinical and communication skillsTeam player and approachableDemonstrated commitment to serving socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient populationExperience in an academic safety net system is a plus
