Our work environment includes: * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Growth opportunities Machine Operator Job Description Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain machinery in a manufacturing environment - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product meets specifications - Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools and other equipment - Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and counts - Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or defects - Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines - Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Proficiency in using hand tools and other equipment for fabrication and assembly - Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
