You will play a critical role in understanding customer integration requirements, designing and presenting tailored solutions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in integration technologies who enjoys combining solution design, customer engagement, and strategic sales support.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Account Executives on account planning and opportunity strategyDrive solution selling throughout the sales cycleGather and analyze customer integration requirements and business use casesScope and design technical solutions aligned to customer needsPrepare and present solution proposals and technical recommendationsPackage and deliver product, platform, and solution demonstrationsDevelop case studies, technical whitepapers, and supporting sales collateralBuild credibility as a trusted advisor to prospects and customersCollaborate with the Customer Engagement team to ensure effective knowledge transfer during handoff from sales to deliveryRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong technical skills including coding/demonstrated experience leveraging AI in your workExperience designing and supporting integration solutionsStrong understanding of APIs, services, and modern integration patternsAbility to create and present technical solution designs clearly and effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable leading whiteboarding sessions and engaging directly with customersRequired Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform high-level discovery and translate complex requirements into practical solutions and demosExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environmentHighly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skillsFlexible and responsive, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlinesConfident, customer-facing presence with the ability to build trust and engagementThis is a chance to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-powered banking integration and data innovation.
