Software Development LeadPay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hrRequirement/Must Have:10+ years of experience in software development.8+ years of experience in frontend development with proven delivery of enterprise-scale in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with Microfrontend architecture including Webpack Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar.Proficiency with Redux Toolkit, React Query, and Context API.Experience with RESTful API and GraphQL with testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong knowledge of Microservices and Java.Responsibilities:Lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and TypeScript.Design and implement Microfrontend architectures for large, distributed frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, security, performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards.Support CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment and mentor frontend engineers.Drive sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder to Have:Next.js/SSR.Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Docker and Kubernetes.Agile/Scrum methodology.Frontend security and performance :Java.Microservices.React.js.TypeScript.JavaScript.Microfrontend architecture.Redux Toolkit.React Query.GraphQL.Jest.Azure DevOps.CI/CD.Qualification And Education:Proven experience as a technical lead for enterprise-scale web verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
