Process Engineer II
*Ideal Candidate:*
- 3+ years of experience in a hands on manufacturing environment
- Needs a Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field
- The Winder opening needs to be able to travel.
*Qualifications & Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing (process engineering), plus hands‑on troubleshooting experience
* Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including data analysis
* Solid project management and organizational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects to completion
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Willingness to travel extensively as required

* Experience with process control architecture and tuning
* Six Sigma or structured problem‑solving methodology experience
* Background supporting equipment startups or major capital projects
Pay: $92,606.60 - $119,397.20 per year

Application Question(s):
* Are you fine with travel initially for first 6 months only? (The engineer will visit other plants that already run the new blowing wool line (launching at this site in 2027). Once the line is operational, no travel is needed.
