Education and Experience RequirementsSTEM Master's degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience (GPA must be higher than 3.2) Relevant experience may include Service Desk work, ServiceNow administration or usage, helpdesk roles, IT support, systems administration, software development, IT operations, or similar technical roles.
