Site Medical Director

The client seeks a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead a program focused on diverse patient care, inter-departmental collaboration, and holistic medical education. The program, with a 54-year legacy, offers rich experiences in global health, women's health, sports medicine, geriatrics, and POCUS. The director will provide leadership and mentorship within a supportive environment, guiding a team of 23 faculty and 2 associate program directors. The goal is to prepare culturally responsive providers adept at addressing health disparities and delivering equitable care. The client is part of an integrated system of care, including a 484-bed academic medical center and a network of primary and specialty care clinics. This system is recognized nationally for its Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. The director will have the opportunity to influence the next stage of growth for the Family Medicine program and ensure it maintains its mission-driven focus, emphasizing hands-on training and a collaborative approach.
