Agile Transformation Lead - Scrum & Kanban Master

CompensationW-2 Rate: Up to $50/hourRole OverviewThis position involves working with various agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, while supporting the vision to move towards a SAFe framework.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and advise teams and leadership on Scrum processes, procedures, values, and interactions for continuous improvement.Enable teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable.Assist teams in achieving their Sprint plans by facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events, and removing impediments.Lead the planning and execution of development and delivery for one or more products with high standards.Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Scrum/Flow Masters, Developers, and Stakeholders.Follow Agile transformation strategies as laid out by the Agile Transformation Coach and transformation team.Technical ResponsibilitiesManage and assist in requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of the Cúram/Java web-based software application on n-tier infrastructure.Interface with various internal and external applications across multiple platforms.Use Agile (Scrum, Kanban) principles to understand and execute resolutions for backlog items in collaboration with Product Owners and project teams.Conflict ResolutionPlay a key role in resolving business and team conflicts, with active involvement in technical matters.Identify gaps and ensure Product Owner involvement in business decisions and business flow descriptions.Expertise RequiredDemonstrate high levels of expertise in understanding and estimating work effort.Collaborate to refine prioritized backlogs.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Kanban events, and other aspects of Agile methodology.Employment Type: Contractor
