Senior Manager, Business Intelligence We're hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead and scale our reporting and analytics capabilities. You'll manage a distributed team across the US and India, driving delivery in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Senior Director of BI, you'll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that impact providers, patients, and clients. This is a high-visibility role for a player-coach who can go deep technically while driving speed, accountability, and high-quality execution.We're looking for a strong operator who brings structure to shifting priorities, makes clear trade-offs, and maintains momentum without sacrificing quality. You're collaborative, candid, and team-oriented.What you'll do:Define and execute the BI roadmap, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable reportingLead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, driving ownership, accountability, and deliveryPartner cross-functionally to translate complex needs into clear, actionable outputsIdentify and resolve bottlenecks across data pipelines, workflows, and team executionBuild scalable reporting frameworks, standardize KPIs, and drive data quality and governanceWhat you'll need:7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 3+ years of experience managing teamsProven success managing distributed teams (US + offshore) with strong delivery outcomesExperience in healthcare data and/or high-growth tech environments; familiarity with claims, UM/PA workflows, or EMRs is a plusDeep expertise in Agile execution and Jira-based delivery (backlog, sprint planning, prioritization) in fast-changing environments requiredAdvanced SQL and strong data modeling experience (dimensional / star schema) requiredHands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau and/or Amazon QuickSight) requiredExperience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Athena, Airflow or similar)Proven ability to build scalable data models, KPI layers, and reporting frameworksAbility to independently debug issues across data and product layersStrong stakeholder and client-facing communication skillsPay & Perks:Fully remote opportunity with about 5% travelMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings accountFlex Time Off + company holidaysUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leavePet insuranceThe salary range for this position is $155,000 to $175,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
