This role is heavily focused on keeping gym equipment clean, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times, along with supporting overall facility upkeep.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize all gym equipment consistently throughout shiftsMaintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas (training floors, locker rooms, bathrooms, entryways)Restock supplies (paper towels, cleaning solutions, toiletries, etc.)Ensure floors, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless and presentableAssist with general facility upkeep and deep cleaning tasks as neededIdentify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues proactivelyWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail-nothing gets overlookedHigh standards for cleanliness and organizationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyReliable, punctual, and consistentPositive attitude and team-first mindsetPrevious cleaning or gym experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy AlphalandBe part of a high-energy, performance-driven environmentWork in a top-tier facility with a strong team cultureOpportunity for growth within operationsExpectation
