Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers both on premises and by phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate merchandise and solutions. Provide project solutions and complementary product suggestions to enhance customer projects. Assist customers with basic product as well as advanced project solution needs. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by being informed about new products, services, and vendor offerings to improve the overall customer experience. Share observations and ideas for improvements to be made in meeting our customer service objectives. Perform as part of a team which maintains a reputation for dependable customer service. Qualifications: Successful applicants will have experience in one or multiple of the areas noted, or in similar. A proven track record of performing with energy, positivity and problem solving tenacity. A goal oriented performer with strong drive for continued self-development.
