Job DescriptionJob Title: Technical Program ManagerPosition Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Technical Program Manager with our client in Santa Clara, CA.Job Responsibilities:Lead the Cost Dimension workstream for the Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementationPartner with GPOs and functional leaders across Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Cost Operations, Hyperscaler Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and ITAlign cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation decisionsPartner with SAP functional teams, solution architects, and system integrators to deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practicesDrive activities across strategic sourcing, direct procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, cost operations, hyperscaler procurement, spend analytics, S2P processes, and master dataHelp architect solutions that align with industry standards, minimizing customizationsLead workshops, design reviews, and issue resolution sessionsManage cutover planning and deployment readiness activitiesOwn project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisionsTrack milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure on-time executionProvide status updates to program leadership and stakeholdersSupport data migration, validation, and testing for supplier, procurement, sourcing, and spend dataDrive cross-functional accountability through deployment and post-go-live stabilizationJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field8+ years leading ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programsProven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Workstream Lead on SAP ERP implementationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and executive audiencesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneouslySelf-starter with a strong work ethic and a "go-getter" mentalityProactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become issuesComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal directionStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organizationSkilled facilitator, able to lead productive workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholdersSound judgment and decisiveness when navigating competing priorities or incomplete informationHigh level of accountability and ownership over outcomesAdaptable and resilient, able to pivot quickly as project needs evolveStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesCollaborative team player who works effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and day-to-day executionConfident influencing without direct authorityNice To Have:Industry experience in high-tech manufacturing, data storage, networking, electronics, semiconductor, or other complex hardware industriesPMP, Agile, SAP, or related certificationsJob Details:Job Type: ContractPay Range: $100-$111 an hourLocation: Santa Clara, CABenefits Package: Protingent offers competitive salaries, insurance plan options (HDHP plan or POS plan), education/certification reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), and an administered 401k plan.About Protingent: Protingent is an Award-Winning provider of top-tier Engineering and IT talent, trusted by companies at the forefront of innovation — from Software and Aerospace to AI, Clean Tech, Medical Devices, and Connected Technologies.
