This role is both formational and missional and is aimed at preparing residents to step into long-term ministry leadership roles following completion of the residency.Job ResponsibilitiesAdministration & CoordinationServe as a primary leader in the administration and coordination of The Salt Company, ensuring strong execution, organization, and communication across the ministryOwn key systems, workflows, and logistics that support weekly gatherings, events, and follow-upHelp drive clarity, alignment, and operational effectiveness across the teamContribute to planning and execution of Salt Company gatherings and ministry initiativesDiscipleship & Pastoral MinistryLead 1-2 student leader discipleship groups (weekly meetings with 3-5 female student leaders)Meet with 5-7 students weekly (primarily freshmen)Provide spiritual care, mentorship, and leadership development for studentsCampus Mission & OutreachParticipate in and help execute campus outreach strategiesEngage in gospel follow-up with new studentsContribute to mission trips and evangelistic initiativesStaff DevelopmentMeet weekly with a Salt Company staff member for discipleship and coachingAttend and actively contribute to all Salt Company staff meetingsParticipate in required Salt Network events:Salt Company ConferenceSalt Leadership SummitPotential global retreatChurch Involvement (Citizens Church)Serve as a full staff member within Citizens ChurchAttend all required staff meetings and trainingsServe in Sunday responsibilities and special eventsContribute to the broader mission of Citizens Church
