To learn more about us, please visit www.clearview.ai and our revolutionary facial recognition technology.Position: Director of U.S. Federal Civilian SalesLocation: Washington DC metro area/HybridResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed the Sales target in your territory as assigned by your manager.Build and execute an account plan within a defined subset of the Federal Civilian territory (as defined by your manager) that results in enterprise-level deals with various agencies and departmentsDevelop a multi-pronged enterprise sales plan incorporating the support of Federal consultants/lobbyistsBe able to confidently present the company and products to senior executives and respectfully and effectively navigate common questions and objectionsEstablish valuable relationships with key customer POCs, strategic partners, systems integrators, and resellers, and expect to meet face to face oftenManage a portfolio of Federal contract vehicles, directly and through partnersIntimately understand the enterprise software procurement process for Federal Civilian customers and partners including knowledge of applicable Federal regulations and accreditation requirementsBe able to negotiate favorable pricing and legal terms on customer contracts within the framework established by the management teamAccurately manage and forecast a sales pipelineRepresent Clearview AI in a professional manner, maintaining credibility with customersOther:Additional duties as needed and directed by your managerRequirements5+ years of field sales experience to the US Federal GovernmentBe able to work from our Arlington, VA office a minimum of 1 day per week based on the requirements of your managerYou have either served within the US Federal Government or have successfully sold directly to them for 5+ yearsDeep knowledge of the US Federal Civilian Agencies, their organization and their budgeting and acquisition processesExperience finding and closing software deals >$1M each in ARR within the Federal Civilian spaceDemonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Federal enterprise sales campaignsExperience with SalesForce CRM softwareExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisionsBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, STD and LTD PlansFSA/HSA - Medical and Dependent Care401(k) plan with company matchEAP and wellness programs13 Paid HolidaysUnlimited PTOFlexible work environment - Hybrid401(k) plan with company match
