Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process to attract and retain the strong talent. You will be responsible for recruiting both salary and hourly roles. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, time manager and presentation skills. They will also have proven ability to understand business needs and quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Who You Are: As a talent acquisition professional with 1 to 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience, adapt at identifying and attracting top talent. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross functional teams, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. What You Will Be Doing: · Own the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while optimizing time to fill and meeting hiring goals. · Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive candidates ensuring access to top talent across all departments and business verticals. · Advise hiring manager on recruitment best practice, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques and assessments to drive hiring decisions. · Continuously refining talent strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, aligning efforts with market tends and data-drive insights. What You Should Already Have: · 1-2 years in recruiting. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field preferred. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and sell opportunities to top talent. · Highly adaptable and self-directed, with proactive approach to learning, problem solving and tackling new challenges · Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and guide them in making strategic hiring decisions. · Results-driven work ethic with he ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and self-manage.
