Am Imaging Supervisor who excels in this role: oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care; supervises and supports imaging technologists, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture; performs CT and X-ray exams as needed, maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage; ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards; manages scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations; collaborates with radiologists, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services; monitors equipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls; and leads quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting.
