Special Education certification required. Autism certification required. Anyone employed with a permit must commit to take a minimum of six (6) hours toward certification and remain in the position for the 2025-2026 School Year. Job Description Provide instruction in all areas of the curriculum according to each student's class schedule. Responsibilities Collaborate with classroom teachers to obtain assignments needed to fulfill the requirements for each scheduled class. Instruct student in all curriculum areas, two evenings per week for two hours per session (four hours total). Keep attendance records and reports as indicated within the Clay County Schools Attendance and Homebound Policies. Responsible for adhering to timelines for grades, etc., as determined by the school administrators. Communicate to parents their child's progress, scheduled sessions, and other information deemed necessary by the school. Terms of Employment As needed.
