We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digitalization & AI Professional to join our team. The role is focused on digitalization and AI initiatives, with a scope that will evolve alongside our business growth. We value in-person communication and teamwork, and see this role located in the Boston area in a hybrid in-office/home-office setting.You will be responsible for:Business Analysis & Digitalization:Translate business needs into smart, scalable digital solutionsSpot opportunities to simplify, automate, and eliminate paper-based processesDrive digitalization across departments with a user-centric mindset Project Management & Implementation: Own and lead digital transformation initiatives end-to-endAlign stakeholders and keep projects on track on time and on budgetWork closely with project teams, or lead project teams to turn ideas into tangible, high-impact solutions Data Collection: Help shape and execute icotec's data strategy for a scalable digital ecosystemConnect the dots between clinical, commercial, and operational dataEnsure clean, structured, and compliant data across the organizationCollaborate with IT and business teams to establish data standards, governance, and integration processesLay the groundwork for advanced analytics, AI, and future digital services Low-Code / Power Platform & AI Solutions: Build fast, effective solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform)Apply AI tools to streamline processes and unlock new efficienciesStay on top of AI trends and turn them into real business value Communication, Training & Support: Run engaging workshops and enable teams to embrace digital toolsCreate clear, practical documentation and presentationsSupport users and drive adoption of new solutions You should bring the following with you: Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or business analysisExpertise in project management and requirements engineeringExperience in healthcare appreciated (building up ecosystems)Experience with low-code tools, preferably Microsoft Power PlatformIn-depth knowledge of modern AI technologiesData Architecture & Data integration expertise (point data collecting)You communicate with clarity and enjoy collaborating across teams and functionsYou analyze complex topics with ease and turn insights into practical, solution-driven actionsYou show initiative, take responsibility, and drive tasks forward with a hands-on mindsetDoes this sound exciting to you?
