Job Title: Quality & Regulatory AssociateLocation: On-site in Bellport, NY (with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote after successful completion of training, approximately 3–6 months)Employment Type: Full-time, ExemptSalary Range: $55,000 – $60,000Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Regulatory Associate to support bulk management, import/export compliance support documentation logs, retail compliance tracking, and packaging regulatory documentation and related compliance activities for cosmetic and fragrance products.This position is heavily Microsoft Excel-based and requires strong data management skills. The successful candidate will maintain structured compliance tracking systems that support regulatory oversight, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities:Maintain bulk and formula tracking systemsManage import/export compliance support documentation logsMaintain retailer compliance matrices and distribute documentation accordinglySupport packaging regulatory documentation and related compliance requirements for cosmetic and fragrance productsMaintain structured Excel databases, reporting dashboards, and version-controlled trackersAssist with additional Quality & Regulatory administrative projects as assigned by the Director of Quality & Regulatory Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline preferred1+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance documentation control, or related administrative roles preferred but not requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and structured data managementStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailExperience in cosmetics, fragrance, CPG, or other regulated industries preferredAbility to manage multiple tracking systems simultaneously
