This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their social career who is deeply plugged into culture, highly organized, and eager to learn how best-in-class brand social comes to life.In this entry-level role, you'll provide critical administrative and operational support across rhode's social media presence. You'll help ensure content is published seamlessly, calendars are kept up to date, content is organized and our community engagement remains thoughtful, timely, and on-brand.What You'll DoSupport the editing, planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all rhode social platformsAssist in maintaining social content calendars, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand prioritiesSupport day-to-day community management, including monitoring comments, messages, and engagement in partnership with the broader teamHelp organize and track social content, assets, captions, and approvals across campaigns and launchesMaintain organized documentation for posts, performance tracking, and platform learningsSupport weekly reporting on social performance, trends, and engagement metricsStay tapped into social and beauty trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to help inform content executionSupport with general administrative tasksTo Be SuccessfulDisplays a deep understanding of the rhode brand, our products, our customer, and our point of viewStrong written communication skills, with a clear understanding of brand voice and toneHighly detail-oriented self-starter who can shift priorities and execute with a sense of urgencyResourceful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creativelyCurious about the beauty and social media landscape across platformsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsGrowth mindset and eagerness to learn while working collaboratively with a small, fast-moving teamWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, media studies, or other related field.12 years of internship or work experience in social media, marketing, content, or brand operations (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus)Highly organized with strong attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in social mediaComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, social scheduling platforms, or analytics tools is a plus (not required)Other Details For ConsiderationLocation of position: Los Angeles, CAHybrid schedule: Must be willing to work 3 days a week in officeHourly rate: $26 an hour (+ bonus and equity)$26 - $26 an hourThe base salary range for this role is listed above.Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
