Network Management Specialist - Hybrid

Seeking candidates on Oahu looking for career growth in the Healthcare Industry. Must be located on Oahu and have reliable transportation.Hybrid working environment: flexibility to work from home and visiting provider's doctor office / clinics is required. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.ResponsibilitiesManage both individual and group provider relationships including recruitment, standard contracting, onboarding, claims training, and resolution of provider issues related to claims payment, quality, and performance initiatives.Ensure contract and regulatory network adequacy requirements are met by continuously developing new provider relationships while strengthening existing relationships.Support implementation of business changes to simplify operations and improve provider business experiences.Conduct regular off-site visits (~50% of time) to resolve servicing issues, gather provider market intelligence, address contract related concerns, and provide education, thereby strengthening relations with providers.QualificationsExperience with health insurance and healthcare provider onboarding.Strong relationship management and communications skills.Valid driver's license, access to an insured automobile with current registration and no-fault insurance.Ability to drive for work purposes and mileage will be compensated.Position is eligible for priority parking and requires safely operating an insured automobile for travel to off-site locations.The company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.J-18808-Ljbffr
