Weekend Warrior** RN/LPN Home Health Visit Nurse

IBA Support Services is seeking a Weekend Warrior to provide nursing services to individuals with disabilities and illness in their homes. RNs and LPNs willing to work weekends and travel and travel to different areas to cover in home visits, travel time compensated for in hourly rate or mileage reimbursement Visits available: AM and PM 6-8 visits per day Responsibilities: Provide routine individualized care to persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Assist in administering medication Implement the nursing care plan Qualifications: Experience in home health, or persons with disabilities Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to pass a background check Valid Driver License Valid and active nursing license' This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Job Type: Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Benefits: Employee discount Life insurance Medical Specialty: Home Health License/Certification: RN license (Required) LPN license (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
