Used Car Sales Manager

(Role requires prior automotive sales experience) At Roger Beasley Mazda South, the Used Car Sales Manager is a customer-facing manager. You’re on the floor, in the deals, coaching the team, moving units, protecting margin, and making sure customers have a great experience. You are not buying cars. You are not managing recon. You are not buried in the back office. We have people for that. Your job is to execute, hold the team to standards. This role wears one hat: sell used cars the right way. . What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Be with the sales team and actively involved in the deal flow, helping Product Specialists structure clean, competitive deals while holding the team accountable to process and standards. This role focuses on moving used inventory to prevent aging, protecting margin without killing momentum, and setting the tone for professionalism and a great customer experience.
