Completely in their element with little ones. This is a performance role as much as it is a coaching role, and we need someone who gets that and loves it.What You'll DoLead gymnastics, movement, dance, and enrichment classes for children ages 4 months to 12 yearsBring your full energy to every class — back-to-back sessions, weekend mornings includedConnect genuinely with kids at every developmental stage and adapt on the flyBuild relationships with families that make them feel like this is their second homeKeep the gym safe, clean, and organizedScheduleSaturday and Sunday mornings are our busiest, highest-energy time of the week and are required for this role.
