Clinical services in-person or via telehealth. Emergency/on-call coverage as required.Credentialing: Facility Credentialing Managed by Client Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practiceCertifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers. DEA Registration schedules II V. Completion of graduate medical education training program in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice.
