The Plant Controller will oversee the financial operations of the plant, including managing financial statements, monitoring fixed assets, and performing cost accounting. The individual will work closely with plant management to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and develop budgets that align with operational goals. The role also involves implementing financial controls and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The candidate will support decision-making by providing actionable insights into financial performance and overall plant operations.QualificationsStrong knowledge and practical experience with Financial Statements and Fixed AssetsProficiency in Cost Accounting and related financial processesDemonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and providing actionable insightsBackground in Finance with a good understanding of financial control systemsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. MBA or CPA are a plus.Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience with 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing setting will be required.Advanced proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet server is required.Previous experience with an ERP system is required.Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate speed, consistency and accuracy in all tasks.Ability to create and present PowerPoint financial presentations is required.Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is strongly preferred
