Customer Service Representative Requirements:Strong accurate data entry/processing skills, Attention to detailExcellent analytical skills and superior customer service skills.Able to read, understand and speak written communications and follow a defined script when communicating with clients.Good written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with clients, management and co-workers.Experienced processing large amounts of data accurately and quicklyAble to work independently and on a team.Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
