Key Responsibilities:Provide support to manufacturing sites to develop, optimize and implementPreventative Maintenance (PM) programsComputer Maintenance Management Systems (SAP-PM)Best maintenance practices and standardsSupport manufacturing sites in implementing and executing their Maintenance Excellence ProgramMaintenance FundamentalsReliability Centered MaintenanceOperational ExcellenceCollaborate with sites to define Asset Criticality and Reliability Maintenance strategiesUtilize and leverage Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to optimize cost, identify gaps and identify opportunities to improve asset performanceSupport analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and continuous improvement tools (i.e. RCA, Fishbone, DMAIC and FMECA)Support Project teams during equipment selection and defining Preventative/Predictive Maintenance strategies for new assets and new acquisitionsSupport other functions with Maintenance and Reliability related inquires and expertiseDevelop as a Reliability engineer and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance and Reliability subject areasSupports site capability building with assessment and evaluation of site maintenance staff, training and knowledge transfer to site maintenance teamsActively live the values of Courage, Ownership, Inclusiveness, Open-mindedness, & Enterprising SpiritQualifications and Skills:Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical EngineeringGood academic standing with your Engineering major and schoolLegally authorized to work in the U.S.What Sets You Apart:A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or equivalent with an expected graduation date between December 2023 – May 2024Preferred background in Food & Beverage/Chemicals/Pharma/ManufacturingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to develop and deploy a disciplined approach to engineering and maintenance, with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong planning skills, and the ability to follow-up and successfully execute plansContinuous improvement mindset with high change agilityExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to influence, coach and develop colleagues not in a reporting relationshipResults oriented and ability to deliver successful outcomesAbility to work independently across multiple sites and stakeholders, both internal and externalComfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional teamA curious mindsetAbout us: We are an internationally recognized HR consultancy firm helping candidates match with the potential roles by using an Artificial Intelligence System which is free of cost.
