The Habibi Project is seeking an experienced Service Director to help lead our teams, orchestrating each night's experience. The right candidate will bring an eye for detail, a keen sense of adventure and originality, an unstuffy refinement, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Made up of Albi, La' Shukran, YELLOW, and associated concepts All the Kebabs and (not) Pizza, The Habibi Project is a collective of passionate culinary and hospitality professionals dedicated to the creation of singular moments, flavors, and experiences rooted in the traditions of Arabic cooking and generosity.We are seeking an experience Service Director to join our team - someone eager to push the conventional limits of hospitality and inspire our teams to deliver consistently superlative experiences. The ideal candidate will bring an eye for all the elements which come together to create great services - lighting, sound, temperature, the intangibles of vibe - in order to help create the settings for our teams to deliver at the highest level. In service, you will lead with an unflappable cool, liaising with the kitchen, and calmly handling the curve balls a night might throw at you, while supporting our Front of House team members as they guide our guests through the evening.Please reply with a cover letter and resume.
