We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-impact team supporting advanced, network-connected security screening systems. This is a hands-on role focused on stabilizing and enhancing production systems while contributing to next-generation (greenfield) capabilities. What You’ll Do
Architect and deliver new features that coordinate across multiple systems, designing secure and reliable inter-service communication to support them.
Own and enhanceexisting production codebases
Contribute totargeted greenfield developmentas new capabilities are introduced
Supportsoftware releases, debugging, and issue resolutionin production environments
Partner withsystems, test, field, and manufacturing teamsto resolve integration challenges
Create and improvetechnical documentationto support long-term system sustainability
What You Bring
Experience withmicroservices architectures , including:
REST APIs, gRPC/protocol Buffers
Message brokers
Containerization
Securing communications channels.
Experience inC++ , including multi-threading.
Proven background working inLinux environments(must-have)
Experience supportingdistributed / networked systems in production
Comfortable working in and improvingestablished codebases
