Bakery Senior Lead (2nd Shift)

As a Bakery Senior Lead, you’ll play a critical role in supporting bakery operations, leading associates on the production floor, and helping ensure we safely produce high-quality products that customers love. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy coaching teams while staying hands-on in operations, this could be the role for you.What You’ll DoSupport daily bakery production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goalsCoordinate workflow and provide floor leadership for bakery associates during assigned shiftsTroubleshoot operational and production issues and escalate concerns when neededAssist with startup, shutdown, and product changeoversTrain and mentor team members on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and standard operating proceduresReinforce accountability, teamwork, and performance expectationsMonitor production paperwork, material usage, and operational efficiencyCommunicate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Production leadership teamsPromote a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA, USDA, BRC, and company standardsWhen you’ll work – 2nd ShiftThis role supports our 2nd Shift bakery operations, 2:00pm-10:30pm.
