Food & Beverage Manager Green Room 42 | Green Fig | Social Drink & Food We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across three distinct outlets within one destination: Green Room 42, Green Fig, and Social Drink & Food. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, driving revenue, maintaining service standards, and cultivating an exceptional guest experience across all venues. Position Overview The Food & Beverage Manager will act as a key operational leader, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house teams, culinary, and events. This role requires a strong presence on the floor, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt across multiple service styles—from elevated dining to high-volume bar and live entertainment environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all three outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and hospitality Lead, train, and develop FOH teams, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management Maintain a strong and visible floor presence during service periods Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and service alignment Manage labor, cost controls, and financial performance to meet revenue goals Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Oversee guest relations, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency Support programming and activations, including live performances, private events, and special promotions Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy, reporting, and operational improvements Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-concept operations preferred Strong leadership and team development skills High level of organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred), inventory management, and cost controls Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience What We’re Looking For A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor.
