A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker). Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent member service and assist with routine and complex transactions Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of credit union products and services Engage with team members to promote effective communication and meet branch goalsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or college degree 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
