We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects for our clients. In this role, we are looking for a PM with technical experience to work closely with our development teams in support of a major website rebuild for a large consumer-product distribution company.Responsibilities:• Lead project planning and execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop comprehensive plans, and oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure successful completion within defined parameters• Manage project communication and stakeholder expectations: Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, fostering a clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle• Proactively manage risks and issues: Identify potential challenges, devise effective mitigation strategies, and manage changes in project scope to keep projects on track and within budget• Oversee project teams and ensure quality delivery: Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and are delivered to a high standardQualifications:• 5+ years of experience as a project manager and/or business analyst• Experience doing hands-on development, preferably with a modern front-end tech stack (React, Next.js, headless, etc.)• Proven experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
