Position Overview Perform all functions related to folding, gluing, and winding fabrics into cellular window shade blankets. Responsible for blanket quality as well as meeting daily production standards What you'll do Assist the facility in completing all safety programs as needed Attend all safety training sessions and follow all safety policies & procedures Perform all duties related to the complete operation of the SW Put coils onto the SW and remove finished blankets from the SW Perform all required quality testing Perform necessary SW maintenance Troubleshoot SW related problems and issues Positive interface with other areas of the facility such as oven, inspection, press, scheduling, R&D, etc All other duties as assigned Who you are A self starter A motivated problem solver Someone who is capable of working independently Mechanical Aptitude Solid Troubleshooting Skills Solid Communication Skills Team Player Detail Oriented Capable of lifting 50 pounds What's in it for you? $20 - $24 per hour + a $ 0.50 shift differential Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth Time off with pay 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching Gym on site Paid parental leave Wellness programs and product discounts Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential. #LI-ONSITE Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
