This role partners closely with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing functions to help deliver innovative energy solutions at scale.If you are a strategic, business-minded attorney who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.The OpportunityAs a senior legal leader, you will act as the primary legal advisor to manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams, helping drive global deployment of advanced infrastructure solutions.Serve as lead counsel for technology, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain mattersStructure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and strategic agreementsPartner with cross-functional teams throughout product development, sourcing, and production cyclesProvide practical, business-focused advice across complex operational and legal challengesDrive process improvements and legal operations excellenceSupport resolution of commercial disputes and pre-litigation mattersKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise on:Joint development agreementsManufacturing & supply agreementsStrategic sourcing & logistics arrangementsLead negotiations with global suppliers and manufacturing partnersDevelop and maintain:Contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategiesProcurement policies and proceduresContract tracking and reporting systemsProvide guidance on:Supplier risk, anti-corruption, and compliance mattersData privacy and information securityTrade compliance and regulatory requirementsCorporate social responsibility initiativesDeliver training to internal stakeholders on key legal topicsWhat You BringJD / LLB from an accredited institution and active bar membership10+ years of experience in commercial transactions (including law firm experience)Strong background in manufacturing, procurement, and global supply chainExperience negotiating complex, high-value agreementsAbility to partner effectively with technical and business teamsInternational experience and familiarity with cross-border transactionsBonus: Background in intellectual property or licensing
