Sr. Program Manager (Agile)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee program management across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating and delivering status reports, managing conversations with leadership, and handling capacity reporting.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver status reports on project progress.Communicate effectively with leadership and manage key conversations.Oversee capacity reporting in addition to project status.Manage program execution across multiple projects with a focus on delivery.Required Skills:Proven experience in program management and delivery.Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, and Smartsheet.Nice-to-Haves:Experience showcasing expertise in status reporting tools and methodologies during client interviews.Experience in health industry (preferred but not mandatory).
