Vice President Finance

Our client, a growing $750M+ manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting, controllership, FP&A, tax, payroll, and plant accounting operations. This executive-level role partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across a multi-site environment.Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, Accounting & IT, this leader will play a critical role in strengthening internal controls, improving financial visibility, and supporting the company’s long-term growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all corporate controllership and financial reporting functionsOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital planning activitiesDirect tax, payroll, plant accounting, and internal control operationsEnsure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirementsDrive company-wide JSOX compliance and internal control initiativesDevelop financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-makingPartner with operational leadership to improve business performance and financial disciplineEstablish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and risk management controlsLead and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teamsManage financial reporting and budgeting systems, including OneStreamSupport strategic initiatives, including potential M&A integration effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA strongly preferredMBA or advanced business degree is a plus12+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experienceManufacturing industry experience requiredStrong background in financial reporting, controllership, cost accounting, and internal controlsExperience leading multi-site finance operations and cross-functional teamsIFRS and multinational reporting experience preferredM&A and integration experience is a plus
