Sr. Manufacturing EngineerNorth Haven, ConnecticutJob Description & Skill Requirement:• Design and develop manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.• Analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and process capability improvement.• Manage product data and engineering change processes across the product lifecycle.• Configure, implement, and support Windchill PLM solutions; provide business process and technical expertise.• Configure workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, and MES.• Support Agile PLM processes and product data governance activities.• Verify process effectiveness through testing, inspections, and validation activities.• Design fabrication procedures, tooling requirements, and equipment adaptations for production conditions.• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.• Lead or support PLM/manufacturingQualification:• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement• Knowledge of SPC methodologies and quality tools• Strong PLM implementation experience• Windchill SME (Subject Matter Expert)• Experience configuring PLM applications and integrations• Experience with Agile PLM preferred• Experience in manufacturing environment• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance• Practical project management knowledge
