What You’ll Do
As a Hardscape Crew Lead, you will oversee the installation of paver patios, segmented retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, coping, and fire pits. You aren't just building patios; you are leading a team to deliver award-winning results on time and with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Installation: Lead the precise installation of pavers, stonework, outdoor kitchens and retaining walls.
Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a crew.
Site Management: Manage daily operations on the jobsite.
Quality & Safety: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Communication: Provide regular updates to Project Managers and clients regarding progress and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years hardscapes experience
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to lead and motivate a crew
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
