Obstetrician/Gynecologist Full-Time Outpatient & Surgical Collaborative Team Work-Life Balance A mission-driven women s health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a dynamic, growing clinical team in Eastern, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a modern, team-based setting that prioritizes patient-centered care and provider wellbeing. The practice is structured around collaboration and efficiency, with a multidisciplinary care model that includes certified nurse midwives (CNMs), LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators. With thoughtfully designed call schedules and a focus on balanced workloads, providers are well supported both in and out of the clinic.
